Entry Requirements
- The OTHM Level 3 Diploma in Law is open to learners aged 16 and above.
- While OTHM does not specify formal entry requirements, delivery centres must ensure that learners possess the capability to undertake and successfully complete the programme.

- Facilitates learning, achievement, and progression

Equivalences
The OTHM Level 3 Diploma in Law is equivalent to GCE AS/A Levels in terms of academic knowledge, skills, and competencies.
The qualification comprises 6 mandatory units totaling 120 credits, with 1200 Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 480 Guided Learning Hours (GLH).

Assessment and Verification
- All units are assessed internally by the delivery centre and externally verified by OTHM.
- The assessment process is criterion-referenced, meaning learners must meet all specified learning outcomes and assessment criteria to achieve a pass.
- Assessors are responsible for judging whether learners have fulfilled the assessment criteria and must provide an audit trail to justify their decisions.

Progression Opportunities
Upon successful completion of the Level 3 Diploma in Law, learners can:
- Progress directly to Year 1 of a three-year UK Bachelor’s degree programme.
