Overview

The OTHM Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law provides learners with the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of core legal principles while building essential professional and research skills.

Learners will study both Level 4 and Level 5 units, earning 120 credits per academic year, for a total of 240 credits. This qualification is equivalent to the first two years of a UK Bachelor’s honours degree.

The programme equips learners with the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career in law and supports preparation for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination.

Entry Requirements

This qualification is designed for learners aged 18 and above.

To demonstrate achievement, learners must submit evidence that fulfills the learning outcomes and standards. Assessors evaluate performance and provide an audit trail detailing how their judgments were made.
